The TUI Group Safety & Risk team has visited our headquarters and laboratory in Palma de Mallorca, in the framework of a very exciting meeting where we have explored new possibilities for collaboration. Paul Austin (Group Head off Safety and Risk), Libby Jones (General Manager for Overseas Health and Safety at TUI) and Zoe Johnson (Safety & Risk Manager at TUI) got to know first-hand our way of working, our tools, technology and team. It has been a pleasure to be together with this group of executives from one of the most important tour operators in the world. Health, hygiene, safety and sustainability are and will be vital for the reactivation of tourism. At Biolinea Internacional we put all our experience at the service of the sector and our clients. We fully agree with the vision of the TUI Safety & Risk team on the need for a new strategic approach to more efficiently address the growing importance of health and the complexities of its determinants in the tourism and travel industry. Preventive safety planning must be based on smart data management, science of relevant risk factors, and well-informed and cost-effective decision making.
